Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a solar battery device having high weather resistance and durability by providing synthetic rubber spacers of addition reaction silicon resin at the end of two plate members formed with transparent glass on its light receiving surface and containing internally solar battery group to be thus molded by transparent resin.
CONSTITUTION: Solar battery cells 2 are connected in series or in parallel and disposed between two glass plates 8 and 9. In order to retain the glass plates 8, 9 at predetermined interval, silicon rubber spacers 11 formed in U-shape in advance are disposed at three sides of the one glass plate 9. Then, the other glass plate 8 is disposed on the glass plate 9 thus formed, and silicon resin 7 is filled with transparent resin from the side not provided with the spacer 11. Then, it is hardened at 100∼150°C, and the spacer 11 is then arranged at the last side. Then, the spacer 11 sides are coated by stainless steel or aluminum frame 10 for its protection. Thus, it can be used to adapt for the Torrid Zone and desert district.
