Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure the feedback of the operation state of the controlled unit to the controller side as the confirmation signal through a simple constitution in that the photo coupler is just added to the noise absorbing circuit, thus processing the confirmation signal via the controller.
CONSTITUTION: It is supposed that triac T is turned on when input (a) supplied from the controller is at H level along with supply of the power to load L. Thus no voltage is supplied to photo coupler LED since triac T conducts when signal input voltage Ea features H level. As a result, output voltage Eb of photo coupler P becomes L level. This state is shown during the time from t1 to t2. Then input signal Ea features L level at t2 with triac T turned off, and thus the charge/discharge current of capacitor C flows to LED due to power voltage E. As a result, voltage Eb of P is turned on and off with the double frequency of the power source as shown in the period from t2 to t3.
