Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The tube of piezoelectric ceramics 12 is directly attached to the bottom plate 21 of the ink tank 11 that stores ink 14. On the tip end of tube, a plate 13 with an orifice 18 is mounted. Also the outer and inner electrodes 16, 17 are provided to the tube. A pin rod 24 is put in the tube 12, the pin is held by the guide plate 20 that is set in the lower part of the tank.
