Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain uniform fine gas bubbles through a mechanism wherein a number of gas injecting ports are directly formed on the cylindrical surface of an apparatus for dispersing a gas from a rotating cylinder into liquid as fine bubbles and the strong shearing force is imparted to the gas injected from said ports by enlarging the opening ratio thereof. CONSTITUTION:A rotating drum 2 is supported within a main casing by a shaft 11 and 12 and rotated by rotating the shaft 12 by a drive apparatus while the rotating drum is supported on the shaft 11. The gas is entered within the rotating drum 2 from the gap formed between an inner wall 5 within the rotating drum 2 and the boss of the shaft 12 and released into the liquid within the main casing from many injecting ports as fine bubbles.
