Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a composite coil not having mutual interference by winding a part of one coil close to the other and in the reverse polarity while both coil windings are separated by the flanges on the same drum core. CONSTITUTION:The drum core 1 has the top 2, middle 2', and bottom 2'' flanges. A composite coil is formed by winding the first coil L1 on the core 1 between the flanges 2 and 2', the second coil L2 between the flanges 2' and 2''. At the same time, the auxiliary coil L3 which is a part of the second coil L2 is wound on the core 1 between the flanges 2 and 2' near the coil L1 and in the reverse polarity. This causes loose coupling M1 and M3 to form between the coil L1 and L2 as well as between L2 and L3, and close coupling M2 to form between the coil L2 and L3. The connection cancels inductive voltage due to mutual action of the coil L1 and L2 and provides a composite coil free of relative influence while using two sets of coils wound on the same core.
