PURPOSE:To try the reduction of the external leakage flux of a reactor by concentrically arranging an intermediate coil so that the gap between an internal coil and an external coil may be equal wherein three coils are connected in series so that the magnetomotive force of the intermediate coil and that of the internal coil and the external coil may be in the reverse direction. CONSTITUTION:The coil of a reactor is composed of internal, external, and intermediate coils, 4, 5, 6 and the number of windings of the internal coil 4 is equal to that of the external coil 5 and the intermediate coil 6 has twice the number of windings of the internal coil 4. And iron cores 7 are formed in -shape and iron cores 8 in rectangular shape and the cores 7 and cores 8 are inserted between the internal coil 4 and intermediate coil 6 and between the intermediate coil 6 and external coil 5 respectively. The inserted cores 8 have the required number of gaps G in the coils.
