Abstract

PURPOSE: To realize a temperature compensation to pressure sensitivity and a temperature compensation to zero potential concurrently by controlling and changing amplification gain with sensing element according to temperatures through putting reference voltage in amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: Gauge resistances R1, R2 induce pressures to indicate a change in resistance in the direction mutually different, and resistances R1, R2 and a resistance R not inducing pressures consist a half bridge. Then, the median of the resistance R is set as a drawing point of the bridge 1, and the median of a resistance r interposed at the gauge resistance side is set as a drawing point. Then, a reference voltage VE is put in an amplifier A, the amplification gain of which is controlled according to temperatures by means of a sensing element RT, and a driving voltage VB of the bridge is changed according to temperatures. A temperature compensation of a pressure intensifier in half bridge system to pressure sensitivity and a temperature compensiation to zero potential can be implemented concurrently.
