Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned good thin strip which is usable for magnetic cores, magnetic shields, etc. by providing undulated patterns corresponding to the patterns of roll surfaces to the thin strip obtained by contacting the jet flow of molten magnetic metal to rolls and quenching the same. CONSTITUTION:Magnetic metal such as Alnico steel, iron-chrominum-boron-carbon base or the like is put in a vessel 1 having a nozzle injection orifice 31 made of quartz and is melted with the high frequency coil 2 on the outside circumference of the vessel.
