Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a product with a high strength preventing any effect of blocking the cement from being hardened by applying a specified treatment to wooden material however great such an adverse effect of the material may be.
CONSTITUTION: Wood material (e.g. chips and wood wool of trees) is treated using intense aluminum salt (e.g. aluminum chloride and aluminum nitrate) and a carboxylic acid salt (e.g. calcium acetate, barium acetate, ammonium acetate and magnesium acetate) (by immersion into a solution of the salt or by coating or spraying with the solution) to prevent the effect of blocking the cement from being hardened. The wood material thus treated is mixed with cement and water to produce a wooden cement board.
