Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a laminated tube which is thick and has almost no mixed bubbles by winding only the reinforcing material impregnating a thermosetting resin therein and defoaming the same.
CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing material is wound into a predetermined dimension (tubular shape) and placed in a mold such as a metal mold or the like, and a thermosetting resin (a low-viscosity resin of less than about 2000cps) is impregnated therein under reduced pressure (less than about 50mmHg) and treated so that no bubbles remain. Thereafter the thus formed laminate is highly polymerized (room temperature to about 200°C). Then, the laminate is removed from the mold and shifted to another pressure-applicable metal mald, pressed (more than about 1kg/ cm2) and heated to progress the highpolymerization of the resin, and the laminate is picked up from the metal mold in a completely hardened state to produce the object product.
