Abstract

PURPOSE: To wind a polyolefin film around a metal tube and thereafter to progress the gelation of an epoxy resin composition containing a hardening agent thereby to bond polyolefin to the metal tube with good productivity and strongly.
CONSTITUTION: An epoxy resin containing a hardening agent is applied on a metal tube correlatively advanced with respect to an extruding machine while rotating around a shaft, and further said tube is heated thereby to create a state where the gelation of the epoxy resin composition advances more than 30% but the composition is not completely gelated (the gelation rate of 50W80% is preferable). Then, a carboxylic acid denatured is wound and fused thereon thereby to harden the epoxy resin composition. The temperature on the surface of the metal tube upon winding said film around the metal tube is desirable to be more than the melting point (90°C) of said polyolefin. It is also possible to wind a polyolefin film on said film.
