Abstract

PURPOSE: To extend life of a press mold as well as to diminish the thickness to its punching width in such a way that plural parts punched by a press are incorporated by good energy convergent welding means.
CONSTITUTION: When an external cylinder 11, an internal cylinder 12 and a discoid part 14 are assembled as shown in the figure, slits 17 are formed respectively beteen the discoid part 14, an external boss 15 and the external cylinder 11, and between the discoid part 14, an internal boss 16 and the internal cylinder 12. Next to it, incorporative welding is done by good energy convergent welding means for the contact part (A) by the external cylinder 11 and the external boss 15, and the contact part B by the internal cylinder 12 and the internal boss 16, for example by electronic beam welding.
