Abstract
PURPOSE: To stabilize the quality of water discharger, miniaturize the sludge chamber, and cut down the maintenane cost, by the procedure in which the polluted water in separating chamber is transferred to a catalytic oxidation chamber by a flow rate regulator, the polluted water in the catalytic oxidation chamber is circulated, and the sludge in a sludge storing chember is sent back to the separating chamber by an air lift.
CONSTITUTION: Supernatant liquor is sent to the catalytic oxidation chamber 3 by the flow regulator (air left) 8 provided in the separating chamber 1, and SS in the chamber 3, connected to the sludge storing chamber 2 through the transferring hole 9 provided in a partition plate, is centrifugally separated from polluted water circulated by the air blown up from the diffusion pipe 10 and then sent back automatically to the chamber 2 for storage, and the stored sludge is sent back to the separating chamber 1 by opening the valve 13 of the air supply pipe 12 which is usually closed during the maintenance control period. The oxidized water while passing through the catalytic oxidation plate 15 in the chamber 3 is sterilized in the chemical cylinder 14 of the sterilizing chamber 5 and then discharged to the outside.
