When controlled power is closed, the contact Tc is closed since the memory relay is on the Reset side, the closing coil HSCB.MV of the high speed current limiter is excited and a high speed current limiter is closed. When the high speed current limiter is closed, the holding coil is excited through the auxiliary contact of the current limiter and the contact Ta of the memory relay and holding state is retained. Therefore, a driver can start the electric car by closing the control reset switch SW on the control side instead of on the reset side.
