Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible the washing and application of the rust preventive paint to be processed at one time, by holding the previously ground long size metallic bar in the vertically or obliquely standing material box, and by pouring downward the recycled washing oil at first and the rust preventive oil next from the upper nozzle.

CONSTITUTION: The long size metallic bar 2 to be treated is held from the window 5 of the material box 1. Next, by driving the washing oil pump, the washing oil flows down in the waterfall type from the top nozzle 20 through the switching valve 90. At the same time, the washing oil is injected from the side nozzle 30, through the branch pipe, and washes the surface of the bar 2; after that, the washing oil returns to the initial washing oil tank through the bottom oil pit 50, discharge port 51, and switching valve 80. Next, after operating the handle for simultaneously switching the switching valves 80, 90, the rust preventive oil pump is started; hereby, the rust preventive oil flows down from the top nozzle 20 through the switching valve 90, and at the same time, similarly to above, the rust preventive oil injected from the side nozzle 30, and washed away the residual washing oil is on the bar 2, and also, makes the oil film on the surface of the bar 2. Thus, the rust preventive oil recycles round the rust preventive oil tank and the material box 1 until the oil application is completed; hereby, the washing and the rust preventive treatment are finished.
