Winding portions 12 at the neutral point sides of high-volgate winding, medium-voltage winding 22 and low-voltage winding 3 are housed in the other tanks 152 in shapes that are wound on cores 42. The high-voltage winding portions 11, 12 are let pass into oil-filled ducts 61 connecting the two tanks and connected in series, and the medium-voltage winding 21, 22 are also connected in parallel through ducts 62.
