CONSTITUTION:The steel sheet 1 is rapidly cooled at 350-500 deg.C in the alcohol dipping tank 3 after carrying out over recrystallization in the uniform heating furnace 2 and continuously carrying out aging treatment in order to deposit C, N dissolved supersaturatedly in the steel by rapid cooling in the over aging treating furnace 5 and next, plating is carried out in the zinc plating bath 4. The above mentioned cooling by alcohol is non-oxidative uniform cooling and also has distinctive features such as stopping cooling at optional sheet temperature etc., is shown. Moreover, cooling speed of the sheet 1 is able to change optionally by controlling dipping time in the tank 3. Both soft zinc plated sheet for deep drawing excellent in mechanical property and high tensile zinc plated sheet, are able to manufacture from zinc hot dipping sheet obtained.
