Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce the titled steel plate having a composite structure by a method wherein a steel plate of a specified composition is successively subjected to soaking at a temperature of not lower than Ac1 temperature, cooling at a predetermined cooling rate and plating in a continuous hot dipping line, then it is reheated for an alloying treatment and is cooled to a temperature of not higher than Ms temperature. CONSTITUTION:A steel plate containing not more than 0.15% of C, 1.0-2.5% of (Mn+Cr), not more than 0.015% of S, not more than 0.02% of Ca, not more than 0.1% of Zr and not more than 0.1% of rare-earth elements is prepared. Then, in the continuous galvanizing line, the steel plate is soaked at a temperature of not lower than Ac1 but below 900 deg.C to austenitize the steel partly or entirely, then it is cooled at a cooling rate of not less than 5 deg.C/sec from Ac1 to the galvanizing bath temperature and is plated. The steel plate thus plated is then reheated to a temperature of not higher than 600 deg.C, preferably not lower than 500 deg.C and maintained at that temperature for the alloying treatment, thereafter it is cooled at a cooling rate of not less than 10 deg.C/sec to produce the objective high-strength zinc-plated steel plate having the composite strcuture and excellent workability.
