Abstract
PURPOSE:To achieve the miniaturization of the apparatus by disposing a developing device in the lowermost part of a photoreceptor, a squeegee device in the part lower than the driving shaft of the photoreceptor and a transfer device above the photoreceptor and a cleaning device in the part upper than the driving shaft respectively. CONSTITUTION:A drum-form photoreceptor 1 is born with a drive shaft 3 and is rotated in the arrow a direction. A charging device 4 is disposed rightward of the photoreceptor 1 and an exposure device on the lower right thereof. A liquid developing device 7 consisting of an inside vessel 8 and outside vessel 9 is disposed in the lowermost of the photoreceptor 1 to make processing of the developing solution easy. A squeegee device 11 is disposed in the part lower than the horizontal plane inclusive of the drive shaft 3 of the photoreceptor 1 to make the recovery of the removed solution easy. A transfer device body 17 is disposed in the portion moving toward the above of the photoreceptor 1 to make possible the miniaturization of the transfer device. A cleaning device having a cleaning roller 19 is disposed in the part upper than the horizontal plane inclusive of the drive shaft of the photoreceptor 1 to make possible cleaning of the photoreceptor at the earliest possible time after transfer.
