Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable a rotary transformer for a video tape recorder to improve assembly-adjustment accuracy with less component parts, by using an adhesive for assembling of a flange and a core. CONSTITUTION:A positioning axis is inserted in a hole formed on center section of a core 2, and this is attracted onto a top surface 12 a of a base 12 by a vacuum pump. Onto a top surface of the core 2, an adhesive, such as a micro-capsule type adhesive 19, is applied. And after applying the adhesive onto the core 2, a flange 1 is inserted into a flange-positioning axis 14 and provided with a weight 11, and by weight of this weight, and adhesive 19 is pressed to be made to tightly contact bottom surface of the hole of the base 12. By allowing the adhesive to solidify in this condition, the flange and the core are joined into a one-continuous-piece body keeping a relative dimensions 1 between them.
