Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the efficiency of assembling work, performance and quality by positioning the anode and cylinder respectively through zigs then applying metal brazing between them.
CONSTITUTION: The anode 4 is fitted in the anode positioning section 22 of a zig and mounted on the anode mount 23. Then when fitting the cylinder 1 in the cylinder positioning section 21 of the zig, the anode is arranged with uniform gap between the cylinder 1. When performing the brazing under this condition, the anode 4 isn't deformed due to thermal expansion to realize uniform brazing. While since the anode 4 is axially positioned by means of the mount 23, the cylinder isn't required to have inner step. Consequently an anode cylinder having excellent thermal transmission and dynamic characteristic can be assembled efficiently.
