Abstract
PURPOSE:The two fluid mixer which comprises parallel disposing a plurality of the elements formed with multiple channels through lamination and fixing to corrugated plate materials in the axial center direction in such a manner that the plate materials assume a rectangular posture with each other and which is capable of considerably improving initial cost, running cost and mixing performance. CONSTITUTION:Elements A, A... which adjoin in such a manner that their axial lines 0 align to the axial center of a fluid transport pipe P and in the axial center direction are fixed and installed with each other with a deviation of 90 deg. or nearly 90 deg. in phase in the circumferential direction in the pipe P, whereby the two fluid mixer B is formed in the midway portion of the pipe. The heavy oil feed pipe 5 which is led from a heavy oil tank 3 and is interposed with a pump 4 on the way and the kerosene feed pipe 8 which is led from a kerosene tank 6 and is interposed with a pump 7 on the way are connected respectively to the upstream side end of the mixer B. On the other hand, a heating furnace 11 is connected to the downstream side end of the mixer B by way of the mixed fluid feed pipe which is interposed with a pump 9 on the way.
