Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a unit which provides two solding systems by providing in parallel a drag rail, upper and lower mechanisms and upper guide rails over a solder tank. CONSTITUTION:In case of soldering on a dray system, a limit switch, not shown in the figure, is removed which is moved vertically on upper guide rails 22 on detecting support frames 20..., rollers 21... and carrier 2, components of a soldering unit on a vertical movement system causing hinderance in the run of carrier 2 on depression parts 11 and 12, staying right over solder tank 4, and carrier conveyor 3 is actuated to start the operation. In case of soldering on the vertical movement system, on the other hand, front-end supporting axes 7 and back-end supporting axes 8, and front-end and back-end rollers 9 and 10 fixed on both the sides of the front end and back end of carrier 2 are all detached and the operation is started.
