PURPOSE:To improve characteristics of a woofer and tweeter and to increase high the efficiency of the tweeter by inserting tweeter from a reverse surface near the center part of a magnetic circuit part for a woofer and then by fixing it at a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:As a diaphragm for a woofer, ring-shaped plate 1 is used and a sound from tweeter 9 is reflected by diaphragm 1, thereby preventing the disorder of characteristics of tweeter 9. Then, tweeter 9 is inserted into center opening 3a of the woofer from its reverse side and then pressure-bonded to supporting member 4 fixing edge 6 of woofer and for the purpose, magnetic circuit part 3 much greater than the diameter of diaphragm is used for tweeter 9. A high-efficient tweeter can therefore be realized.
