Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the accuracy of shaping and magnetic field, by cooling a coil conductor to room temperature in a clamping position and completely tightly fitting the turns of the conductor to one anothe through an interlayer insulator when the coil conductor adjusted to a desired temperature is wound around a bobbin 3 during the rotation of turntable. CONSTITUTION:Coil conductors 1-1, 1-2 are connected with each other by a metallurgical coupling unit 8 when the conductors are straight. The coupled conductors are passed through a conductor heater 12 so that the conductors are heated to a temperature lower than the softening point of the material of the conductors. A cooling pipe 9 is embedded in a cooling pipe groove and secured on the conductors by soldering or the like to cool the conductors at 13-1 if necessary. The temperature of the conductors is then adjusted to a desired level. The conductor 1-1 is thereafter fixed on the bobbin 3 by a clamp 4. The conductor is wound around the bobbin 3 while the turnatable 11 is rotated. The conductor is cooled to room temperature in a clamping position 13-2. As a result, the turns of the conductor are completely tightly fitted to each other through the interlayer insulator and the accuracy of coil shaping and magnetic field is raised.
