Abstract
PURPOSE: To efficiently heat the heating fusion welding film by heating the enamel wire by high frequency immediately before it is wound up to the bobbin.
CONSTITUTION: The heating fusion welding enamel wire 2 which is drawn out from the supply bobbin 1 is continuously wound up to the bobbin 5 through the guide sheave 3, 4. In this winding process, between the sheave 4 and the bobbin 5, that is, immediately before the wire 2 is wound up to the bobbin 5, it is continuously heated by means of the high-frequency heating device 6 such as the induction heating device, the dielectric heating device, etc. As a result, the heating fusion welding film is made a self-fusion welding state between each wire 2 which is wound up to the bobbin 5, and what is called coil setting is performed after forming the coil. Also, the uniform quality can be obtained by properly controlling the rotary speed of the bobbin 5 and the current value of the device 6, and raising the temperature of the wire 2 almost equally.
