Abstract

PURPOSE: To simplify the power switch part and thus to enhance the reliability by transmitting the power voltage to the output terminal only for the power source make and break periods of the control power source waveform.
CONSTITUTION: Control part 20 comprises transistor Tr21, Zener diode ZD22 fraturing the Zener voltage slightly lower than power voltage +VCC1 connected to the base of Tr21, current limit resistance 23 and input terminal of power source +VCC2. Diode 22 is turned on when +VCC1 becomes slightly higher than the Zener voltage which is slightly lower than +VCC1 and then turned off with the power voltage lower than the Zener voltage. And the synchronization is secured between the ON/OFF timing of Tr13 connected in series to +VCC2 and that of diode 22. As a result, +VCC2 is delivered to terminal 12 only for the power source make and break periods of the waveform of power source +VCC1. Thus the power switch part can be simplified, enahncing the reliability.
