Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a liquid fuel conbusting apparatus, which is capable of keeping flame always stable if flame force is changed drastically, by employing an arrangement in which evaporated fuel gas is drawn by upward whirling flow of primary air and mixture gas passing through partition plates disposed on both sides of mixture gas outlet ports is repeatedly subjected to concentration and dispersion.

CONSTITUTION: Primary air introduced from air inlet port 31 rises upward while drawing evaporated fuel gas and it repeats concentration and dispersion when passing through rotary partition plate 43, mixture gas outlet ports 43 and partition plate 39. After fuel gas and air are mixed completely into mixture gas, it is ejected from flame ports of burner head 22 for ignition and combustion of the same. Here, if height of wick 14 is changed with turning of adjustment shaft 25, rate of fuel evaporation is changed and at the same time opening of air inlet port 31 and that of mixture gas outlet port 40 are both changed, so that air-fuel ratio can be kept constant. Further, adjustment of flame force can be attained widely from "strong flame" to "weak flame" and also complete combustion of mixture gas can be attained.
