Abstract
PURPOSE: To produce homogeneous mixed gas and to obtain a stable state of evaporating combustion by a method wherein when the mixed gas flowing from a mixed gas passage to a mixed gas chamber in a rotary evaporator passes through a flowing hole provided on a partition wall between them speed of flow is accelerated.
CONSTITUTION: When the burner is started, the rotary evaporator 3, a blast pipe 9, the mixed gas chamber 13 are revolved at a high speed, combustion air is forcedly blown from a blast chamber 2 toward a combustion tube 1 and fuel oil is supplied from an oil pipe 8 onto a diffusion plate 6. Accordingly, fuel oil is diffused by centrifugal force from a fuel oil flowing clearance 7 into a rotary evaporator 3 in the form of fine grains ad jetted with the forced air from a fuel oil scattering clearance 11 into the combustion tube 1. The fuel oil is ignited by an ignition plug 18 and when a fresh burning flame appears in the combustion tube 1, the rotary evaporator 3 is heated quickly, thereafter fuel oil suppled into the evaporator 3 is evaporated and flows from a passage 17 of the partition wall 10 into a mixed gas chamber 13, is jetted from a jet nozzle, evaporated and burnt.
