Abstract

PURPOSE: To device instantaneous gasification and reduce a vaporizing cylinder area of a gasification area by employing a construction to spread fuel oil uniformly in a spray form into a cylinder.

CONSTITUTION: If an electromagnetic valve 34 is opened, liquid fuel passes through an electromagnetic pump 35 and an oil pipe 31 for gasification combustion and is dripped from an opening 32 at the end of the pipe to the inner surface of a tapered diffuser cylinder 22 for gasification combustion which is rotating at a high speed. This dripped fuel moves forward on account of difference in the peripheral speed of the inner surface of the cylinder 22 and then reaches the end surface of a large diameter part 22a of the diffuser cylinder 22. This liquid fuel is diffused by a centrifugal force resulting from the high speed rotation of the end surface, and then scatters uniformly in a vaporizing cylinder 18 kept at a required gasification temperature and is vaporized. Fuel that is vaporized in the above process is mixed with combustion air and this gas mixture passes through a vaporizing chamber 23 and a tapered diffuser cylinder 25 for direct combustion and reaches a gas mixture introduction chamber 27, and after entering a mixing chamber 8 from here, is supplied to a combustion chamber 14 through plural flame holes 15 made in a combustion cylinder 13 and burnt.
