Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate releasing of water along with a good preservation by means of a tearing tape provided for a water bag. CONSTITUTION:A heating composition 1 which generates heat in the presence of water and oxygen is composed of a single powdered metal or a powdered metal and a reaction accelerator and optionally a water preserving agent and the like. A water bag 2 is made of a non-water permeably material in such a manner as to be at least partly tearable. A tearing tape 4 is fused on the outer surface of the material leaving a portion to which a string-like thing 5 is to be tied. The tearing tape 4 adopts various thermoplastic resins having a strength enough to tear the portion of the bag material on which it is fastened, preferably polyvinylidene chloride.
