Abstract
PURPOSE: To make it possible to simply and highly sensitively quantitize the human lysozyme for inspecting the trouble in a mucrorethra by carrying a human lysozyme antibody in the surfaces of the latex particles.
CONSTITUTION: An animal, which can produce an antibody while using as an antigen the human lysozyme obtained from a material such as the urine of a patient, is used to produce the human lysozyme antibody. The latex particles, which preferably have a narrow diameter distribution range of 0.01 to 10μ and specific weights of 0.9 to 1.4, or especially polystyrene latex particles and the aforementioned antibody are stirred to contact in a buffer liquid. After the reaction, the latex sensitive to the antibody is rinsed and then is suspended and reserved in the buffer liquid, which is prepared by adding 1.2 to 4.0wt. parts of glycine to 1wt. part of the latex particles.
