Abstract

PURPOSE: To secure an instantaneous and high-accuracy control for the liquid level without changing the temperature characteristics of the controlled liquid with various types of the liquid and the liquid bath.
CONSTITUTION: Air sink 2 with the opening provided at the lower surface is put into liquid H and then fixed at the prescribed position under which the upper surface protrudes slightly over the liquid level. Float 3 is floated to be opposed to action part 5 of switch 4 fixed at the prescribed position. The air source is connected to device 11 comprising filter 8, voltage adjusting valve 9 and pressure gauge 10 via manual lever 7. Electromagnetic valve 12 operated via switch 4 is connected to device 11 to which the intake of sink 2 is connected via flow amount adjustment needle valve 14. Needle valve 15 is closed constantly for adjustment of the flow amount. In this constitution, the amount of the air pushed into part of the controlled liquid is varied to control the liquid level. As a result, the temperature is never changed for the controlled liquid, thus ensuring an instantaneous and high-accuracy control for the liquid level with supply of the air.
