Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent a creep as the total characteristics by properly selecting respective materials of a beam, wire strain gauge bonded to the beam and a coating layer covering the strain gauge.
CONSTITUTION: Beam 3 where thin part 4 deformed by a measured load is formed is made of a metal material with positive creeping characteristic and wire stain gauge 6 with larger negative creep characteristics than those of beam 3 is adhered to thin part 4 of beam 3. Then wire strain gauge 6 is covered with the material with positive creeping characteristic, thereby constituting coating layer 8.
