PURPOSE:To manufacture minimum spangle galvanized sheet product having laterally uniform surface appearance, by spraying liq. for minimum spangle on a steel hoop just having been dipped in hot zinc at an adjusted press. Through a spray nozzle which causes ultrasonic vibration. CONSTITUTION:Cooling water 10 is injected through a cooling water inlet 13 of a spray nozzel 11 into a minimum spangle liq. 9 to form a mist, which is blown at a resonance box 12 to produce ultrasonic vibrating liq. portion 14, then the liq. is sprayed in a mist of a particle diameter not larger than 10mu and is rich in uniformity. The press. of pressurizing ags is adjusted at 2-7 kg/cm<2>, and the press. of minimum spangle liq. at 0.5-3 kg/cm<2>, This method reduces the cost because of decrease in the consumption of additives which promotes minimum apangle.
