Either of the cover body 12 and the filter mechanism 18 is supported elastically by an instrument frame, the other is fixed to the instrument frame, they are fitted to the reservoir 11 between them elastically so that they may be free to connect or disconect with the reservoir and the reservoir 11 can be used as a sample reservoir.
