Abstract

PURPOSE:To accomplish a quick detection of immunity inhibiting acidic protein at a high accuracy with an excellent stability of preservation by supporting the protein on an organic or inorganic colored carrier. CONSTITUTION:An immunity inhibiting acidic protein 3 (IAP) refined after extracted from serum, abdominal dropsy or the like is supported on an organic or inorganic colored carrier 2 such as red blood cell or glass bead to make an IAP test reagent 1. A specified amount of an IAP antibody and a sample 6 such as serum and abdominal dropsy containing IAP5 to be measured are placed into a test vessel 4 at a varied concentration to react and then the reagent is added to the mixture.
