The throttle valve 22 is axially supported at the lower part of the passage 11, and in the lower part of the throttle valve 22, a common communication passage 29 is formed which extends in the longitudinal direction of the engine, and further in the lower part of the passage 11, a branched passage 30b is opened which communicates to the passage 29. Further, in the upper part of the port 5b, a partition plate 34 is arranged, and mixed gas is introduced from upper the partition plate 34 in low loading (throttle valve is shown by the solid line), and the mixed gas from other cylinder is gushed out through the branched passage 30b in high loading (throttle valve is at the chain line position), and the whole mixed gas is formed in swirling form.
