Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the oscillation even with the function of the gain fluctuation factor of the amplifier by converting again the output of the charge proportion amplifier into the charge via the feedback capacitor and then returning the charge into the charge transfer element. CONSTITUTION:Capacitor 33 converts the input signal voltage into the charge which is proportional to the signal voltage and transfers the charge delivered from charge transfer element 30 to give the necessary delay. Then the output from element 30 is applied to charge proportion type amplifier 34 to generate the output proportional to the charge quantity given from amplifier 34. At the same time, the output of amplifier 34 is converted again into the charge via feedback capacitor 36 to be returned into element 30. As a result, no oscillation occurs even with the fluctuation factor function of the gain of the amplifier.
