Abstract
PURPOSE:To remarkably reduce the power consumption, by providing the DC bias stabilizing resistor in the first and second amplifying circuits in cascade connection and exciting the input node with sufficient voltage amplitude at the final stage amplifier. CONSTITUTION:The amplifiers A1, A2, A3 are constituted with three cascade connection of C-MOS amplifiers and the feedback circuit including the crystal oscillator Q1 is provided. In this case, the output of the feedback circuit can be small because of three stages cascade connection. Further, the DC bias stabilizing resistors R12, R11, R13 are provided to flow DC current at the DC bias voltage point at the amplifying circuits A1 and A2, and the input node N2 is excited with sufficient voltage amplitude at the final stage amplifier A3. Thus, the power consumption can remarkably be reduced.
