That is, in the input and output characteristics of the signal conversion circuit 51 (V1 is the weighting voltage fed to the input terminal 53, and V2, V3 are output voltage), the minimum voltage V1 of V2 and V3 is set less than the cut off voltage of FETQ51 and Q52, resulting in being always in OFF state for either of FETQ51 or Q52, accordingly, this means either one of FETQ51 or Q52 is selected depending on the polarity of the weighting coefficient, and the channel conductance is controlled corresponding to the absolute value of the weighting coefficient.
