A rough formed parison 5 is transferred to a finishing part, air is blown in from a blow hole 4 to blow mould into the shape of a finishing mould 7 and a product 8 of the purpose is obtained. EFFECT:A hollow vessel with an accurate mouth part and non-roughened barrel surface is obtained.
