Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a vibration proof machine foundation wherein the damping amount of bogus resonators called dynamic dampers are made extremely small in size whereby an exceedingly remarkable vibration proof effect can be obtained even in the range of a desired vibration number other than the resonance point which has not been obtained by the prior art methods.
CONSTITUTION: A void 6 is formed at a part of a machine foundation 2 installing an apparatus 1 producing the vibration, and one or a plurality of bogus resonators 5 of an extremely small damping amount, each consisting of a weight 3, and an elastic supporter 4 such as a steel rod, a coil spring or the like are fitted in the void 6, whereby the vibration of the machine foundation 2 provided on the ground 7 where the resonance point is not clear can be reduced effectively, and accordingly in the machine foundation according to the present invention the vibration transmitted to the gound 7 can be effectively prevented and the present invention is suitable for the machine foundation in the factory.
