Abstract
PURPOSE: Temperature control device for heated fluid in which a temperature of vapour at the outlet of the evaporator is not rapidly changed when the load is rapidly decreased and a continuous operation of the vapour generator may be performed.
CONSTITUTION: Fluid flow adjuster 12 is operated such that a fluid flow signal from the flow rate sensor 11 is fed back and a rotational speed of the pump 13 is controlled by PID control. A function generator 21 transmits a target signal of the water supply flow rate after receiving a heating fluid flow rate signal from the flow rate sensor, and in response to the signal a delay compensation means 30 will accommodate the delay. Sensor 4 for vapour temperature at the outlet the evaporator senses a temperature of the vapour at the outlet of the evaporator 2, a temperature adjuster 5 performs PID control operation in response to a difference between the sensed signal and a signal from the transmitter 17 for the target value of temperature of the vapour at the outlet of the evaporator. A signal transmitted from the delay compensator 30 is added by the adder 6 and corrected. A proceeding compensator 22 will apply a phase proceeding accommodation in response to the transmitted signal from the adder 6 i.e. feeding water flow rate target signal.
