Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate large variation of the vapor temperature at the outlet of an evaporator of a heat exchanger and to avoid the damage of a vapor generator due to abrupt variation of the vapor temperature even when a strong disturbance of variations of heating fluid flow rate and heating fluid inlet temperature occurs.
CONSTITUTION: In a heat exchanger for generating steam by feeding hot fluid heated by a heat source 16 such as a nuclear reactor, an intermediate heat exchanger or the like through a tube 25 to a steam generator composed of a superheater 1 and an evaporator 2 to thereby heat water supplied through a feed water tube 23 from a feed water pump 14, flow rate control is conducted by controlling the rotating speed of a circulation pump 3. This heat exchanger consists of a regulator 12 connected to an output request signal generator 3, a feed water flow rate regulating valve 9 operated by a feed water flow rate PI regulator 7, hot fluid temperature target signal generator 19 connected with a flow rate detector 11 for detecting the flow rate of a primary fluid circulating system, a P regulator 20 for amplifying a hot fluid temperature deviation signal, and a feed water flow rate target signal generator 21 or the like.
