Abstract

PURPOSE: To procide a steam temperature controller which controls the temperature of steam within an allowable range even when the controller suffers from a strong disturbance, by multiplying an output instruction signal by a ratio obtained by dividing the detected value of heating flow rate by a command for the heated flow rate to correct the flow rate of feed water.
CONSTITUTION: A separate once-through type steam generator consists of a superheater 1 and an evaporator 2. To maintain the steam temperature at a value set by a command setting unit 16, the steam temperature is detected by a detector 4 and applied to a temperature PI regulator 5 and the feed water flow rate instruction supplied by an output instruction generator 3 is corrected by a signal subtracter 6. The command is supplied by a heating flow rate instruction function generator 10. The detected value from a flow rate detector 11 is negatively feedbacked to perform the follow-up control of a fluid pump 13 by a flow rate PI regulator 12. The detected value A of the heating flow rate is divided by the command B for the heating flow rate through a divider 14. The feed water flow rate instruction is multiplied by the quotient through a multiplier 15 to correct the flow rate of feed water.
