CONSTITUTION:The first valve hole 7 is closed by the valve body 9, and twice or more times of the amount of molding sand S for one process are charged into the primary cooling room 2. The second valve hole 11 is closed by the valve body 12, and the cooling medium R is horizontally, radially injected from the cooling nozzle 14. The cooling medium R generates the cold gas which is then injected from the gas injection nozzle 6 into the cooling room 2, and precools the sand S.
