Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the flexibility of electrical design and make a semiconductor device compact, by fixing a plurality of flat semiconductor units on one side of a conductor plate and holding down the semiconductor units by another conductor plate whereon an elastic push mechanism is provided.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of flat semiconductor units 10, 11 are fixed on one side of a conductor plate 9. Another conductor plate 12 is set on the semiconductor units. The conductor plate 12 is held down by push springs 13 and a push plate 14. The conductor plate 9 and push plate 14 are coupled to each other by a bolt 15. The conductor plate 12 can be moved. Therefore, the flexibility of design is raised and the assembly including the mounting of output terminals is greatly facilitated.
