Abstract

PURPOSE: To promote granulation of fuel while improving fuel distribution to respective cylinders when the throttle valve is fully opened in a feeder which is designed to feed fuel to the upstream or the opening of the throttle valve equipped with a suction pipe.
CONSTITUTION: Fuel measured with a measuring device not illustrated is injected to a Venturi 16 with an injector 4. It is granulated due to a high speed air current herein existing and fed to the top of a throttle valve 5. In an apparatus thus arranged a plate-shaped means 21 is mounted to a throttle valve 20 leaving a proper clearance which is communicated to a path 24 composed of a notch 23. A skirt means 26 is mounted to the downstream side of the throttle valve 20 at a distance e from the end 20a while a diffuser section 28 with a lavel nozzle construction is arranged at the opening 27 made up of the valve 20 and a wall 6a of a suction pipe 6. The skirt means 26 is linked to a diaphragm 30 through a rod 31.
