Abstract
PURPOSE:To establish the drive circuit in which the drive pulse transformer capacity and the loss of drive parts are reduced, by omitting the voltage between the base and emitter of the main transistor and lowering the voltage of the shut block diode for the bias current. CONSTITUTION:The drive circuit is provided, which controls the Tr group in Darlington connection of one or a plurality of auxiliary Tr and main Tr 2, and the Tr group providing the shunt block diode 6 blocking the bias current from the back bias pulse transformer 4 connected to the base drive pulse tansformer 3.
